He is incredibly calm and patient, takes the time to do things well and explain them clearly, and truly knows his craft inside out. He has managed to fix issues that other electricians would not even consider touching, which really speaks to his depth of knowledge and experience.
His pricing is very competitive and completely transparent. What he quotes is exactly what you pay, with no unexpected extras, which is genuinely refreshing. He is also very reliable and does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it.
On top of that, John was extremely helpful in talking through future works with me, helping me think ahead and choose the most suitable options for my needs rather than just the easiest or most expensive route. He is also happy to travel, which makes working with him even easier.
